Complaints
Concordia recognises that sometimes things go wrong. However, in the first instance any comments or complaints should be raised with either your agent or farmer (as appropriate). They will try to sort out the problem. If you are not happy with the response, you may wish to make a formal complaint to Concordia.
Complaints Procedure
If you have not been able to solve the problem with your agent or farmer, we will look into it for you, but will (in most instances) request information from the agent or farmer about what they have already done to try to deal with your complaint.
Once we have received your complaint, we will investigate before sending you a full reply. This may take some time, but we will keep you informed of the likely reply date.
